Soft and colour is beautiful. I would have preferred that the part where the pompom was sewn together would be where the thread to attach it would come out, so that side would be facing down and not visible when attached. Otherwise they are exactly what I expected!

Bāskå - Fur and pompom

Bāskå

Baskatong is the name of an important lake in Quebec.
In Algonquin "Obaskitaong" means the place where the water is constricted by sand.

Having grown up near this lake, I have created Bāskå while inspiring myself by natural ressources of Quebec.

In my office overlooking the Gatineau River, I created differents products with recycled fur to give a seconde life to the ressources offered by nature.

In Bāskå boutique you will find recycled fur pompoms for knitters and crocheter. Bāskå pompoms can also be useful to keychain making and many other craft project.

I started my creative career by launching my first crochet pattern shop on Etsy in 2012: Mëlie ( www.meliecollection.etsy.com ) . In 2015 I added to this shop many knitting scarves too.

In 2016 I decided to lauch Bāskå by combining my passion for crochet, knitting and fur in a spirit of sustainable development.
